Instructions for Poster Presentations

The AgriVoltaics World Conference 2026 will feature a digital poster session instead of an onsite physical poster session.

This means that all poster presentations will be held online.
There will be no physical poster session onsite in Delhi. Therefore, you are not required to bring a printed poster to the venue.
Important note for poster presenters attending onsite: we have secured a limited number of poster walls at the conference venue in Delhi. Although the live poster session will be held virtually, you may bring a physical poster to Delhi and hang it there. These posters will not be part of a live session, but they will be visible to onsite participants. Please note that this is entirely optional, and it will not have any negative consequences if you choose not to bring a physical poster. If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, please send a quick message to info[at]agrivoltaics-conference.org to let us know. Then, you simply need print out your poster in A0 format and bring it with you to the conference venue.
Regardless of which ticket you purchase, you must register for the conference in order to present your poster.
The digital poster session will take place on Thursday, October 22, between 17:00 and 19:00 India local time (IST).
All conference participants, both onsite and online, will have access to the digital poster session via the digital conference platform.

Important: If you have not yet registered for the conference, please do so as soon as possible. If the designated presenter of your submission has not registered by September 23 registration deadline for presenters, your presentation will be removed from the program.

Prepare for the digital poster session

You must upload your digital poster to the Fourwaves platform by Monday, October 19, at 23:59 India local time (IST). If your poster is not uploaded by the deadline, your poster presentation will be removed from the program without further notice.

Follow these steps to upload your poster:

Log into the Submission Dashboard on Fourwaves and click on the relevant submission.
Click Edit Submission in the side menu on the right. You will then be redirected to your submission form.
Select “Poster presentation” as your presentation type.
Upload your poster in PDF format.
Please note that the file must not exceed 100 MB in size.
Please do not make any changes to your submission form besides the "Presentation Upload" and "Change of Presenter" sections. Otherwise, your submission may become invalid.
Be sure to save the form once you have uploaded the files.

For your live presentation, please consider the following:

Please use a headset with microphone for optimal audio quality and make sure your camera is working properly.
Please make sure that the room you are sitting in is well lit and that there are no background noises that may interfere with the stream.
Consider using a virtual background, or make sure your physical background is tidy and neutral.

On the Day of the Poster Session

1. How to get to the digital poster session:

The digital poster session will take place on Thursday, October 22, between 17:00 and 19:00 India local time (IST).

All participants can enter the poster session through the online program.

Please choose "go to poster hall".

Note: You need to be logged into the platform with the same account and email address that was listed for the presenter. If you don't have your password available, click "forgot password" and you will receive a new one.
