Instructions for Oral Presentations
- Presentations can be delivered either onsite in Delhi or remotely (online).
- If you have not yet registered for the conference, please do so as soon as possible. If the designated presenter of your submission has not registered by September 23 registration deadline for presenters, your presentation will be removed from the program.
- Unless you inform us otherwise, we will use the ticket you purchased to determine whether you will be presenting online or in person in Delhi, following this logic:
⇒ Online Ticket = Speaker is presenting remotely.
⇒ Flex Ticket = Speaker is presenting onsite in Delhi. - If you would like to change your presentation from online to onsite, or vice versa, please notify us as soon as possible at info[at]agrivoltaics-conference.org.
Check your presentation time and schedule
- The detailed schedule shows the day and time of your session and presentation. All times are shown in India local time (IST). You can use the Time Zone Converter tool to convert the time to your own time zone.
- Each oral presentation slot consists of 10 minutes of speaking time. There will be no break for Q&A between each presentation. Instead, after all the presentations in the session have concluded, there will be an extended Q&A and discussion involving all the speakers. Please adhere strictly to the 10-minute speaking time limit. Any delay may cause a domino effect of delays throughout the day's program.
- The session moderators will try to let you know when a certain amount of time remains for your presentation. Any presentation that exceeds the allotted time will be interrupted, so please plan accordingly.
- Please note that the program is prone to last-minute changes. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you double-check the time of your presentation one or two days before the conference begins.
