AI-Generated Texts
Attention! Our publishers have included some important information on AI-generated texts in the scientific publications:
This policy refers to generative AI tools, i.e generative models for the creation of new content in the form of text, images, audio, video, software code, or data sets. Currently known examples include text-generating chatbots such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or LLaMA as well as image-generating AI tools such as DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or Midjourney.
- In accordance with the COPE position statement on Authorship and AI tools, AI tools cannot be listed as authors of a paper. These tools cannot take responsibility for the submitted work and hence do not meet the requirements for authorship such as the ability to declare competing interests or to agree to the license agreement.
- Any use of AI tools in the writing of a manuscript, image/graphic generation, or in the collection and analysis of data, must be disclosed transparently in the paper by describing for what purpose and how AI tools were used. Moreover, it has to be stated which AI tool(s) were used and when they were used.
- When authors use AI for literature research, they always need to verify the sources as AI-generated references may be inaccurate or non-existent. Submission containing non-existent references will be rejected.
- The use of AI tools in the review process is not permitted, as the confidentiality of the submissions cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, the reviewers are fully responsible for the content of their reviews.
Common Errors

- The header should be filled in:
- Conference name: full name of the conference
- Session Title: " Category of the paper according to the program* "
*Session title is the scientific topic of your paper.
- All important elements should be present:
- Header above the title of the paper
- Data availability statement
- Author contributions
- Competing interests
- Following formatting issues need to be checked:
- Indents
- Spacing
- Justification
- Following non-text elements should be numbered, centered (use the same font type for all of them):
- Figures
- Tables
- Equations
- List of references should be formatted taking into account:
- No reference linking;
- Correct numbering
- No italics/bold/etc font
- Where necessary date of access and/or DOIs are provided
Please do not forget to format your paper according to the template.
Thank you for your consideration!
NB! Papers which are not formatted according to the template will not be accepted by the publisher.

Review Criteria for Full Papers
All papers will be subject to a detailed reviewing process. Review criteria include:
- Quality of research goals: Appropriately chosen and documented methods, logical presentation and analysis of results, findings, inferences and conclusions.
- Originality: The measure of the creativity or inventiveness of the author, including new concepts, techniques, and methods.
- Significance: The importance or worth of the reported work.
- Completeness: The oneness or wholeness of the work. In this usage, the reported work should be marked by a unity and continuity of parts and show interdependence between these parts.
- Acknowledgment: The adequate and accurate use of references to attribute the work of others.
- Organization: The careful planning and logical structure of the manuscript.
- Clarity: Standard of writing, correctness of English spelling and grammar, as well as the clear presentation of tables, graphs, and illustrations, clear and logical presentation, appropriate style, lack of errors, ease of reading, conformance with specifications for length and format details.
- Scientific content: Papers for the proceedings must contain new results that are not published before in the same way. The content of the paper has to follow general guidelines of scientific papers. Publishing papers that consist merely of a collection of slides with a few sentences added in between is not acceptable. The content must be well presented in a consistent manner, assumptions have to be mentioned, conclusions must be supported by experimental or theoretical results, figures have to be explained in the text, references must be made where appropriate.
- Formatting: The specified paper template must be used. Papers which do not meet the requirements of the template won’t be accepted and cannot be published.
