AgriVoltaics World Conference 2026

Important information

The AgriVoltaics World Conference 2026 is designed as a hybrid event, making it accessible to participants from around the world.

We recognize that the high cost of travel, especially for international flights, as well as other global travel challenges, may prevent many from attending in person this year. Therefore, we have invested in an enhanced virtual conference experience that includes a virtual poster session, networking opportunities, and other interactive components. These features allow participants worldwide to fully engage with the conference, while reducing personal costs and helping make this year's conference more sustainable.

The default ticket option this year is the Online Ticket, allowing researchers, students, industry representatives, policymakers, and other stakeholders to attend the full technical program remotely. Both international speakers and poster presenters will be able to deliver their presentations online. By participating virtually, attendees can contribute to the global exchange of knowledge and significantly reduce the event's carbon footprint by avoiding long-distance travel.

Those who would also like the opportunity to attend the conference in person in Delhi, India, can select the Online Ticket Flex. This ticket includes all online conference features and provides access to the onsite program hosted by our project partner, GIZ. The onsite component is offered as an optional addition to the virtual conference; the online program remains the core conference experience.

** Early Bird sale will end on April 26 at 23:59 CEST. General sale will begin on April 27, at 00:00 CEST.

*** The technical tour will take place the day before the workshop, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Tickets for the tour can be purchased when registering for the workshop. The tour can only be booked together with a workshop ticket.

The Online Ticket includes:

• Live access to all technical sessions
• Live access to the virtual poster session
• Access to the digital conference platform, where you can network and engage with other participants
• A digital list of participants with a direct contact feature
• Access to a password-protected internal area of the digital conference platform containing all accepted abstracts and presentation files (if provided by the author)

The Online Ticket Flex includes:

• All components from the Online Ticket
• Access to the onsite program hosted by our project partner, GIZ, in Delhi, India

Please note the following:

• The language of the technical conference is English.
• Accommodation is not included in the ticket price.
• According to European law, all credit card payment transactions must be processed with strong customer authentication called 3-D Secure to increase safety for credit card payments on the Internet for both dealers as well as for customers. Visa calls this procedure "Verified by Visa", MasterCard "MasterCard SecureCode" and American Express "Safekey".
