Dr. Yadav is an Associate Fellow at TERI, specializing in agriPV, solar and renewable Technologies. Her work focuses on AgriPV system design, crop response under partial shading, and policy recommendations for India, aligned with global best practices. She works  with BEE on developing regulations compendium under the EC Act, addressing regulatory gaps and also, contributing to skill‑gap assessment for India’s energy transition for IIT Delhi. She holds a PhD in solar Energy from IIT Roorkee, with research on solar technologies for rural impact, and has post‑doctoral experience at IIT Kanpur,IIT BHU,and IIT Roorkee. She has authored 15+research papers, contributed to 5+book chapters, presented at 10+international conferences, and serves as a reviewer for 4+international scientific journals, with additional experience in wind, small hydro, solar thermal, and solar PV technologies.
