Nikunj Usadadia is a Research Officer working at the intersection of renewable energy, water management, and sustainable agriculture. He is currently associated with the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and the Indo-German Cooperation on Agrivoltaics (IGCA), where he designs field pilots and research on solar irrigation and agrivoltaics across India. With a background in Energy Systems (Solar) as a gold medalist from PDEU, he has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, policy research, and implementation of solar PV interventions in agriculture. Nikunj has contributed to multiple national and international research initiatives, published articles on solar irrigation and agrivoltaics, and presented at global platforms including the AWC 2024. His work focuses on advancing farmer-centric renewable energy solutions for climate-resilient rural development.
