Submission Guidelines

Please read the instructions carefully before starting the upload. Only abstracts which are handed in in finished form by the deadline will be considered for review. The abstract should clearly explain the significance of the work. Your research must be new, of high quality, and contribute significantly to the knowledge in one of the conference topics.

In case you are unfamiliar with the online submission procedure, we recommend that you submit your abstract well in advance of the deadline in order to avoid any last-minute complications that may occur. Depending on the content and quality of your abstract, you may be invited to give an oral presentation or to present a poster at the conference. The conference language will be English.

Uploaded abstracts will appear on the AgriVoltaics World Conference 2023 website to be accessed by registered participants only. Please note that abstracts and full papers will be subject to a detailed reviewing process. Papers which are not meeting the requirements will be rejected. We are planning to publish the conference proceedings including those papers with sufficient scientific quality. Please note that acceptance of your abstract does not guarantee acceptance of the paper for the proceedings. All papers will therefore be subject to a separate reviewing process.

All authors will be asked to register and pay the conference fee to present their work.

Submission Procedure

The abstract upload can be completed with just a few clicks!

Please upload your abstract as a .pdf file. The length of the abstract may not exceed 2 pages – one page exclusively for the abstract and a second page exclusively for graphs and pictures. Papers which exceed 2 pages cannot be uploaded to the website!

When the upload is finished, the designated contact person will receive a confirmation mail with a username and password. Please keep this password for our other online services as well (e.g., your conference registration). Further information concerning your presentation will follow in a second e-mail before the conference.

If the e-mail address provided is incorrect, we will not be able to send the confirmation e-mail to you. Please make sure that your contact information is up to date and free of typing errors. If you do not receive a confirmation mail following your abstract submission, please contact: info[at]
