** The technical tours will take place before the conference on Monday, June 30, 2025. You will be able to select one of the technical tours while purchasing an on-site ticket on the registration page.
*** The extended technical tours (with one overnight stay) will take place after the conference from Friday morning, July 4 to Saturday evening, July 5, 2025. You will be able to select of two extended technical tours while purchasing an on-site ticket on the registration page.
**** The AgriVoltaics Summer School will be held the week after the conference, from Monday, July 7 to Friday, July 11, 2025. More information about the AgriVoltaics Summer School can be found here.
All prices shown are exclusive of value added tax (VAT). The following tax will apply: VAT 19%.
What is included in the tickets?
Conference registration for on-site tickets includes:
- Access to all on-site conference sessions as well as the networking / exhibition area
- Conference dinner and AgriVoltaics Party*
- Daily lunch and coffee breaks
- Access to the online conference program including abstracts
- An online list of participants
- Access to a password-secured Internal Area on the website after the conference including all presentations (if provided by the author)
Conference registration for online tickets includes:
- Live access to all technical and roundtable conference sessions
- Access to the online conference program including abstracts
- Access to a password-secured Internal Area on the website after the conference including all presentations (if provided by the author)
* With the exception of day tickets
The AgriVoltaics Summer School Tickets include:
- Participation in all sessions of the week (Week Ticket) or the session of the chosen day (Day Ticket)
- Daily lunches
- Two daily coffee breaks
- Certificate of attendance (upon request)
Extended Technical Tour 1: Western Germany:
- Standard Ticket: Includes bus travel, two lunches, dinner, breakfast, and one private room for the overnight stay.
- Economy Ticket: Includes bus travel, dinner, and a shared room for the overnight stay (lunches and breakfast not included).
Extended Technical Tour 2: Southern Germany:
- Standard Ticket: Includes bus travel, two lunches, dinner, breakfast, and one private room for the overnight stay.
- Economy Ticket: Includes bus travel, dinner, and one simple private room for the overnight stay (lunches and breakfast not included).
Tax Information
All ticket fees are subject to 19% VAT.
